PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

A copolymer emulsion-based, ready-to-use, transparent, plaster primer developed to provide solution to issues faced in paint applications with conventional primers, preventing high absorbency of the plaster surfaces.

APPLICATION

Ensure that the application surface is smooth, secure and able to bear the primer and top-coat paint. Clean all types of stain, dust, block grease, loose layers and make the required surface corrections. Comply with the defined setting periods on concrete, brute concrete and new plastered surfaces (28 days). Sand plaster and similar surfaces, remove dust with a damp-dry cloth and apply Betek Gel Primer. Start the paint application 4-6 hours after applying Betek Gel Primer. Ensure that the ambient and surface temperatures are between +5°C and +30°C during application and until the products are fully dried, and protect the surfaces against frost. Apply Betek Gel Primer using a brush or a roller without combing/polishing (by rolling the roller in one direction once) in a way that will not create a glassy surface. Dull the surface with sandpaper if a glassy surface is created. Avoid airless spraying method.
