By accessing or using the Colorland website, mobile experiences, or related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

These Terms apply to visitors, registered customers, and anyone submitting enquiries, quote requests, or orders through Colorland.

Colorland provides information about paints, coatings, tools, and related products available in the Maldives. Product availability, pricing, colours, and specifications may change without notice.

Some features—such as catalogue browsing, quotations, checkout, or order tracking—may depend on integrations with third-party systems including EquityPOS. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to every feature at all times.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to make purchases through the Services.

Submitting an order or quote request does not guarantee acceptance. Colorland may confirm, modify, or decline requests based on stock, delivery constraints, or product suitability.

Prices displayed online are indicative unless confirmed at checkout or in writing by Colorland. Applicable taxes, delivery fees, and bank charges may apply.

Where bank transfer or receipt upload is enabled, payment is not complete until Colorland verifies receipt of funds.

You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited conduct includes attempting unauthorized access, scraping or bulk harvesting of content, interfering with site performance, submitting false orders, or using the Services for unlawful purposes.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

All content on the Services—including logos, product photography, text, layouts, and brand assets—is owned by Colorland or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute site content for commercial use without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference related to a purchase enquiry.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Colorland does not warrant that the site will be error-free, secure, or free from interruptions.

Product guidance on the site is general in nature. Always review manufacturer datasheets, safety instructions, and surface preparation requirements before application.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Colorland and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services or products purchased through them.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Colorland for the relevant order in the three months preceding the claim, or MVR 1,000, whichever is greater.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last published. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
